Where do you provide mobile notary service?
Eagle Eye Mobile Notary is based in Woodland, California and serves Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento, Natomas and surrounding areas.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Use the Book Online Appointment button or call or text (530) 341-2158. Include the location, preferred time, number of signers and a general document type without sending private document contents.
What should each signer bring?
Each signer should bring acceptable identification and the complete document. All required signers must be present, willing to sign and able to communicate directly with the notary.
Can you notarize documents at a hospital or care facility?
Mobile appointments may be arranged at hospitals, assisted-living communities, rehabilitation centers and other care facilities when access and normal notarial requirements can be met.
Do I need witnesses?
Witness requirements depend on the document and instructions from the recipient or preparer. Confirm the requirement before the appointment and who must arrange the witnesses.
Can you prepare my document or give legal advice?
No. Eagle Eye Mobile Notary does not select or prepare legal documents or provide legal advice. Contact the document recipient, preparer or a qualified attorney for document-specific direction.
Do you handle estate-planning documents?
Yes. Mobile notarization is available for many attorney-prepared estate-planning documents. Review the Estate Planning Notary Services page for appointment information.
Do you provide loan signing services?
Yes. Eagle Eye Mobile Notary provides NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent services for prepared real estate and lending packages. Visit the Loan Signing Agent Services page for additional appointment information.
Can you help with an apostille?
Yes. Eagle Eye Mobile Notary provides apostille facilitation and courier services for eligible documents intended for international use. Requirements vary by document type and destination. Visit the Apostille Services page for additional information.
Do you offer Ink & Roll fingerprinting?
Yes. Mobile Ink & Roll fingerprinting is available by appointment for physical applicant fingerprint cards. Fingerprint cards are supplied, or you may use your own required card when specified by the requesting agency. Visit the Fingerprinting Services page for appointment information.
Do you offer Live Scan fingerprinting?
No. Eagle Eye Mobile Notary currently provides Ink & Roll fingerprinting and does not offer Live Scan fingerprinting.
